How to set up a customer account, step-by-step:

  • Go to page “Create a customer account”
  • Fill out the form with your information and click send
  • You will get a notification email about your login information
  • Now you are able to log in and start ordering the best components and refrigerants! Thank you for registering!

Please set up a new account even though if you have log in information to the old web store. Unfortunately the old log in information do not function with our new platform.

As soon as we get your application, we go through it and make sure there is all the info we need. Please note, that when it comes to purchasing refrigerants, for Finnish orders we will need a Tukes certificate number to make sure you are lawfully eligible to handle refrigerants.

Refrigerant safe handling certificates

It is set by the Finnish law, that one must obtain Tukes refrigerant handling certificate to be able to purchase refrigerants. If you do not handle the refrigerants purchased, you need to provide the company/person info who is going to handle refrigerants for you. Read more from here.

If you are not going to buy refrigerants, you can mark “I do not purchase refrigerants” to the customer application sheet.

Web store – customer benefits

As a logged in customer, you will see the updated warehouse saldos and product prices directly from the web store. In Finnish orders you will also receive 24 hours delivery promise, 30 month product guarantee and free delivery for orders over 300€. For orders going abroad, free delivery is granted for orders over 10 000€ of worth.

Every web store customer will always get 3% discount on all orders made from online store.

Ordering from our online shop is easy. You can search products with either specific product code or by browsing full categories. When clicking “Login”, you will see your personal customer info, order history and possible refrigerant bottle loans.

Compressor and condensing unit technical infos can be found on the product page. On the product info one can also find the matching refrigerants information.
